Project Manager of "Client and audience" unit
Restorative Dorset gives you a voice by delivering restorative justice interventions for communities and individuals affected by crime and anti social behaviour across Dorset.
My main role as Project Manager towards this project was making sure all all deliverables were on time and to help produce educational informative content to client standards. The problem our client faced was the audience not understanding their service due to wordy, lengthy advertisement. Within 6 weeks we implemented a social media strategy, content plan and social media package bundle for the client to use in the foreseeable future.

Short videos - to interact via stories on Socials. These videos are to answer common and frequently asked questions customers have had in the past. As well as some victim stories so other victims can relate.
